We're active on Twitter too, as well as Facebook, but all support requests are answered via email and we'll just tell you to email us if you're looking for help :)
We don't offer phone support :( We're not a gigantic company! It's just 9 of us in our Boulder, CO office. On that note, phone support hasn't proven scalable for us yet unfortunately. If there were 150 hours in a day, we would! But we do offer live chat to those subscribed to the premium features which has proven to be helpful.
All other inquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Most emails received are answered within 24 hours, usually sooner!
