Directly from your Rafflecopter account. At any point in time, you can view a list of your giveaway's entries from your giveaway's entries tab. Click on the 'show me the entries' button on the bottom of the entries page. You can sort your entries by 'entry option', timestamp, IP, entrant, etc. Slice and dice your entries however you'd like! You can also have your entries emailed to you in a .csv file by clicking the 'export entries to excel' button.

Note: If you are having trouble viewing some or all of your entries, first check to see that the last time you looked at your entries was over three hours ago.
You can view a new snapshot of your entrants on your giveaway's entries tab (via the 'show me the entries' button) every three hours. In other words, if you look at your entries for the first time and then look again two hours later, you'll still see the entry list but it will be two hours old. You'd be able to get an updated version in one hour. This functionality is universal across all Rafflecopter subscription levels, free and paid.
If that's not the problem, there's a good chance you might be viewing a cached version of your entries. If that's the case, there's a good chance that clearing your browser cache will help. I'd recommend signing out of your Rafflecopter account, clearing your browser cache and signing back in and viewing your entrants again.
How do we know the exact number of entrants as opposed to entries if people can enter more than one way?
If you want to view the total # of individuals that have entered, you can change your grid's filters by name, IP, entry option, etc. That will give you a count of how many entry options were completed.
I'm considering ways that participants can earn extra entries. For instance,
+1 for commenting on the blog
+1 for subscribing to my YouTube channel
+2 for committing to write an honest review
But, how would you verify whether they actually left a blog comment, or subscribed to my YouTube channel. And is there a better way to encourage writing a review on Amazon, Goodreads, or in a blog—better than the idea above? Also, do you think I should keep them all +1?

Hi, I am considering Rafflecopter for my blog giveaways. Can you please confirm whether I can export my lists of entrants including their email addresses on a CSV? I would like to use giveaways to start building my contacts list and would like to capture email addresses to do so. Thanks, Elaine
Hey Elaine -- You Bet! When you run a giveaway with Rafflecopter, you'll be able to download a list of your entrants into a .csv format that will include your entrants' name, email, entry option info, IP address, timestamp, etc.
