What should I do if I haven't received my prize?

While we provide the software that allows folks to run giveaways on their blogs and Facebook pages, we're not responsible for the fulfillment of all the prizes that are run through Rafflecopter. Our best recommendation would be to keep in close touch with the giveaway admin.

If you think there's an admin using the Rafflecopter site to run a promotion and manipulate entrants into entering their promotion without the intention of giving out a prize, that's against our terms of service. Contact us if you think that might be the case!
